By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

2. About Bon Co.

Bon Co. is a clarity-first insurance planning brand operated by Bon Danao, a licensed insurance agent affiliated with FWD Life Insurance Corporation ("FWD Philippines"). All insurance products that may be recommended or facilitated through our Services are underwritten and issued by FWD Philippines. Bon Co. itself does not underwrite or issue insurance policies.

3. The Insurance Clarity Test (ICT)

The ICT is a free assessment designed to help you understand your personal protection needs based on your responses. Your answers are used to:

Generate a personalized Clarity Report

Inform our discussion during your Clarity Call

Tailor the products presented to your situation

The ICT is informational and educational. Submitting the ICT does not constitute an application for insurance and does not create any obligation on your part to purchase a policy or on our part to issue one.

4. Recommendations and No Guarantee

Any recommendations made by Bon Co., whether through your Clarity Report, Clarity Call, or any communication, are based on the information you provide and are intended as educational guidance only. They are not binding offers of insurance.

The actual issuance, terms, premium, and approval of any insurance policy are subject to FWD Philippines' underwriting process, which may include additional information requests, medical examinations, and final approval. Bon Co. does not guarantee policy approval or any specific outcome.

You acknowledge that:

Recommendations are based on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide

Final policy terms are determined solely by FWD Philippines

Premium amounts may change based on age, health status, and other factors at the time of underwriting

Past performance of any product is not a guarantee of future results, particularly for variable products such as VUL

5. Insurance Clarity Sessions and Recordings

Insurance Clarity Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are recorded. By participating in a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The session will be recorded for quality assurance, internal review, training, compliance, and limited marketing use as described in our Privacy Policy.

Recordings are confidential and will not be shared with third parties outside of FWD Philippines (where relevant to your application) without your consent.

Bon Co. may use portions of recordings, transcripts, or screenshots for testimonials, social proof, or marketing content, only in a manner that does not identify you personally — for example, by anonymizing visuals, removing names, or paraphrasing — unless you have explicitly given consent (recorded on video or in writing) for your identity to be used.

Bon Co. retains ownership of all session recordings and may keep them for as long as it determines is reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.

You may withdraw consent for marketing use of your recording at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect content already published prior to the withdrawal, but we will make reasonable efforts to remove or further anonymize where feasible.

6. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in the ICT, booking forms, and during the Clarity Session

Use the Services only for personal, lawful purposes

Not misuse, copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Website or our content

Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your relationship with any individual or entity

Inform Bon Co. of any material changes in your circumstances that may affect any insurance application or policy

You understand that providing inaccurate information may affect the validity of any insurance recommendation or policy issued by FWD Philippines.

7. Affiliation with FWD Philippines

Bon Co. is an authorized agency partner of FWD Life Insurance Corporation. While we operate independently in our brand and service delivery, all insurance applications, policies, and underwriting are governed by FWD Philippines' own terms, conditions, and policy documents, available at https://www.fwd.com.ph. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and FWD's policy documents in relation to a specific insurance product, FWD's policy documents shall prevail with respect to that product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to the ICT, Clarity Report templates, written content, graphics, logos, brand elements, photos, videos, and code — is the property of Bon Co. and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Clarity Report is provided for your personal use. You may share it with your spouse, family, or financial advisor, but you may not republish or commercially exploit it.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our Website and communications may contain links to third-party websites, including FWD Philippines, GoHighLevel, Notion, and others. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party website. Your use of those websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bon Co. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation

The uninterrupted availability of the Website

The performance of any insurance product, particularly variable products such as VUL

The outcome of any underwriting decision by FWD Philippines

Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as legal, tax, or financial advice. For specific legal or tax advice, please consult a qualified professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Bon Co. and Bon Danao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to:

Any decision you make based on our recommendations

Any insurance application, policy issuance, or claim with FWD Philippines

Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, beyond what is required of us under the Data Privacy Act

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid directly to Bon Co. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Note that the ICT and Clarity Sessions are provided to you free of charge.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bon Co. and Bon Danao from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms

Your misuse of the Website or Services

Inaccurate or misleading information you provide

Your violation of any law or third-party right

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, our brand, or our partners.

You may stop using our Services at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.
