5. Insurance Clarity Sessions and Zoom Recordings

All Insurance Clarity Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are recorded for the following purposes:

Recording disclosure. You will be informed that the session is being recorded at the start of the call. By proceeding with the session, you consent to the recording.

Confidentiality. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared with any third party outside of FWD Philippines (where relevant to your application) without your consent.

Marketing and testimonial use. We may use portions of session recordings, transcripts, or screenshots for testimonials, social proof, or content for our marketing channels, only in a manner that does not reveal your identity — for example, by blurring or cropping out your face and name, removing identifying details, using only audio with voice modification, or paraphrasing the discussion. If you provide explicit on-camera or written consent, we may use the content with your identity intact.

Retention. Recordings are retained for as long as Bon Co. determines is reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, which may include ongoing client servicing, compliance, training, and limited marketing use. You may request deletion of your recording at any time by contacting us (see Section 14), subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements that apply.

FWD Philippines — when you proceed to apply for or maintain a policy. FWD's Privacy Policy governs their handling of your data.

Service providers — platforms we use to operate our business, such as GoHighLevel (CRM), Notion (records and reports), Make.com (automation), Zoom (video calls), Google Workspace (email and storage), and similar tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and process it only on our behalf.

Legal and regulatory authorities — if required to comply with applicable law, court order, or government request.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
