All Insurance Clarity Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are recorded for the following purposes:

Recording disclosure. You will be informed that the session is being recorded at the start of the call. By proceeding with the session, you consent to the recording.

Marketing and testimonial use. We may use portions of session recordings, transcripts, or screenshots for testimonials, social proof, or content for our marketing channels, only in a manner that does not reveal your identity — for example, by blurring or cropping out your face and name, removing identifying details, using only audio with voice modification, or paraphrasing the discussion. If you provide explicit on-camera or written consent, we may use the content with your identity intact.
Retention. Recordings are retained for as long as Bon Co. determines is reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, which may include ongoing client servicing, compliance, training, and limited marketing use. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and process it only on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
